Moving countries in a global lockdown is by far the worst way to move.
We were not able to come to the UK to view properties or schools with all the quarantine rules in place, and Estate agents were facing so much demand that they weren’t even attempting to service customers who weren’t on the ground!
Houses were moving so fast we couldn’t even get a look in!
After registering with 5 agents and still having no house a month before our planned move date, we reached out to Juniper Shores and our problems were solved.
Within a few days they had bypassed the system and come up with 2 homes they knew would suit our needs.
For me, it was like having two sisters on the ground! They understood our needs immediately, they calmed our fears when signing a lease that seemed heavily favoured towards the landlord, they made sure the lease included issues they had spotted on viewing, they explained how things worked in the UK and they were efficient, responsive, and highly professional.
