We started our journey with them whilst so uncertain about our visa timelines, and from initial urgency of finding a house within a month, and then delays, which extended our timelines and so many uncertainties in between...they were just amazing every step of the way. Their local knowledge and the extra mile they go to get all the detail and make sure all your family requirements are met is just amazing.
We would never have been able to do this without them. They stayed positive and kept going until they found what we needed. The rental market in the UK is insane. was it not for their knowledge, amazing personalities, and superior service, we would still be looking? They found us a beautiful pet-friendly property within 15 minutes of the chosen school. Even surprised us with a wonderful welcome gift and personal meeting the morning we moved into our new home! Everything from communication to video tours of properties done on our behalf while we were in South Africa. I cannot recommend them enough!
